When you fill out our intake form we collect: your name, email, phone (optional), training history, goals, injury notes, and availability. When you contact us by email or text we keep the messages so we can serve you better.
02. How we use it
Information is used solely to (a) evaluate your coaching application, (b) deliver coaching services if you become a client, and (c) reach you about your application or program. We do not sell or rent your data, ever.
03. Storage and security
Your information is stored in services we use to run the business — email, messaging, and coaching software providers. We take reasonable steps to keep your data safe but no online service is 100% bulletproof.
04. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) see what we have on file about you, (b) correct it, or (c) delete it. Email youvsyoutransform@gmail.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
05. Cookies
The site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We do not run third-party ad networks or behavioral tracking pixels.
06. Children
Coaching is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
07. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
